Alaska IT can scrape HA all day, every day for status match/EQM information but the broken link is somewhere between Barclays and Hawaiian. Miles from Barclays spend posted to HA long ago for me but EQMs for the same spend did not. So Barclays didn't give the info or HA didn't post it but it seems clear nobody within either organization is looking to bridge the broken gap.
You may be right but HA explicitly stated on their website that EQMs earned via spent would not be included in the membership tracker and unlike AS aren't shown anywhere in their account statements. So while it's possible that the problem is between Barclays and HA its also possible the problem is Alaska thinks they are getting this information from HA account statements when in fact HA, unlike AS, doesn't include it there.
Not that it matters. Alaska promised that 2024 EQMs, whether earned through flying or credit card spend on both carriers would count toward total 2024 EQMs on Mileage Plan. So it's up to them to figure out where the problem is and take care of it, which I have confidence they will. Whether IT hasn't realized there is problem or knows but just hasn't told customer service that's what I'm focused on figuring out because if its the former until that changes we aren't going to see a fix.
