And yet, flight credited to BA. No idea whether this was too late, or whehther the agent did not know what she was doing (although she did give me a boarding pass with AY PPF number - so she must have done something right).
I am now trying to change my FFP in a BA booking through the website for a flight leaving tomorrow, but that seems impossible. Is there any trick? I always like to check-in before going to the airport, but for the moment hold off until I have found a way to wipe my BA number before actually checking in. Any ideas?
I think any changes made at the airport will not get credited properly especially if you are changing from BA FF to another. I have made changes at check-in, at the lounge, at the gate and none of it was credited properly. It is only credited properly if changed before check-in.
