Called AS customer service yesterday and according to the agent there have been lots of problems with the software. For example it required the first three letters of an account holders name to match in order to link accounts so the system failed for people who had two letter last names
That not one person has reported their EQM from HA spend successfully posting to their AS account hopefully will bump this up the chain to where it gets resolved. To that end anyone else who hasn't had their EQMs carry over, or if you exist, has, it would be helpful to hear about it.
You can add me to the list as a 4th but based on my calls/chats, this is not an Alaska problem. When I inquire with HA about what my 2024 EQMs are at as of yesterday, customer service says my EQM balance is zero. Alaska IT can scrape HA all day, every day for status match/EQM information but the broken link is somewhere between Barclays and Hawaiian. Miles from Barclays spend posted to HA long ago for me but EQMs for the same spend did not. So Barclays didn't give the info or HA didn't post it but it seems clear nobody within either organization is looking to bridge the broken gap.
