Thinking of BA for SFO-LHR flights in future, the planes configured 1-2-1 in biz. It all looks good, but I cannot find out if the seats recline exactly how you want them. I don't sleep on planes, but I do adjust the seat often during the flight. If I don't have a choice of just where to put the seat, I'll pass and stick with United. Many thanks, all.
The seat recline mechanism is fully adjustable and will allow you to recline from the full upright position all the way to horizontal and any position in between. There are also presets you can use and adjust from there. One thing I should add is the footstool is fixed so it cannot be raised or adjusted forward.
