Is anyone else having problems using the DL website with Firefox or Chrome?

Everything works OK until I try to do anything related to check-in.

When I try to access the check-in function, the DL website tells me that I am not logged in and, further, that I need to update my browser.

The DL browser comparability page says I need at least Ver 78.0 and 79.0 for Firefox and Chrome, respectively. I am running Ver 130+ for each of them.

I have tried all the other "fixes" listed on the browser comparability page, to no avail.

The response that I get from DL is "we have shared your concerns for internal review and future enhancements".

I do need future enhancements. I need timely fixes.

Any other service provider would route me to the tech support function to resolve a matter like this, but not DL.
