That's exactly what they're relying on. When I tried to add it via live chat, the chap went through the whole rigmarole .... what's your OB number, what's the booking ref., he asked me "Is this a booking for business travel?" - and then once I provided all the info, proceeded to tell me he can't help anyway and the only way to deal with it is to call the OB team Monday to Friday business hours.
Why ask for all that info then?
The question on whether it was for business travel or not is interesting and maybe a sign of what's to come i.e., more scrutiny or even killing off the program in some form?
