Basically, the Viasat-3 F3 (APAC) launch continues to get pushed back (it was originally supposed to launch a couple years ago). It looks like it will now be sometime Q2 2025 (and I suspect it will take a few more months before it is operational). Don't know what the hold-up is on the RJs/B717s (Hughes network) deployments.

So, I know there's been a slew of delays (we're coming up on two years). What I think bugs me most is that you'd think they could open
something up to folks on the "old" system that wasn't stupidly expensive. Or, as I hinted, slash the price of the pass since a lot of folks might only be on one or two legs per month that have for-pay wifi - knocking that back to $14.95/month would make it a proposition I'd consider - or just include a flight pass with some level of Medallion status (or the credit cards) while slapping a no-streaming limit in there.
