Had the "Created by Chef Ching-Biao, Huang - Braised Pork Belly with Preserved Vegetable Steamed Rice (741kcal)" ('light meal' ) on TPE-SIN, really enjoyable (albeit a bit too fatty for my liking, but expected with the type of meat). Overall good meal, but most impressive was the level of service throughout the flight. Very attentive and energetic crew that kept drinks refilled, and continuously addressing by name, in a full 777 business cabin on the 4hr flight. Really refreshing compared to some of the crews working the business cabin on EU airlines.
