TAP Excess baggage Weight Charge - Question

Can someone advise me here please?

My other half is flying from Belo Horizonte (Brazil) to London via Lisbon with TAP. She has pre-paid for checked baggage with a 23kg limit. She will likely want to exceed this and I just want to be sure of the excess weight charge.

My understanding via TAP's own website and fees document suggests it should cost 110EUR upto a maximum of 32kg (for intercontinental flights) per guidelines on P.15.

But it also says:
On INTERCONTINENTAL flights, charges apply per piece and per direction

So does this mean, for a bag going from BH to Lisbon, then Lisbon to London - I'd need to add in an extra 'within Europe' charge which (to GB) is 45 EUR

And if so that brings the total to €155 extra for any weight upto 32kg? Am I understanding this right? Thanks.
