I am guessing it all depends on how the spa bills. I assume without staying there, they bill themselves, so it will charge as a spa not as a hotel, so you wont get your Marriott or travel bonus categories.

Could you try going in and buying a bottle of shampoo and see how things charge? Alternatively depending on how much you value everything as try and book the cheapest possible room so everything can be charged there.
