Shanghai Airlines (FM) credits to Flying Blue exactly the same as China Eastern (MU), when I flown FM and MU on mixed tickets from BUD via PVG to South East Asia quite a few times. FM is an affiliate member via MU in SkyTeam so would assume the same for credit into Virgin Atlantic Flying Club.
