Mines been in the 'Manual review' state for 8 days so far (including Australia day plus obviously a weekend, so only 5 business days).

I did have an issue that the application requires you to submit your I-94 history from the CBP website, but the I-94 website hasn't worked for me since I got US permanent residency - even though I'm no longer a PR and my last 3 entries to the US have been under VWP (even all of my historic data disappeared from that website when I first became a PR). I provided alternative proof to meet the "5 trips in 12 months" requirement, but not sure if it will be accepted or not...

Edit: Guess they read FT, as I just got an email stating my application was now undergoing a background check by AusCheck, and that they will notify me when it's complete.
