There's actually another one, the East Tower. That one is most like a budget hotel, with tiny rooms. But it's also the cheapest.

There's also a tower called the Annex tower. That may be the N or S that you refer to. I've stayed at most of the towers, but if I'm by myself I just book the cheapest one. I've booked a triple room before, and that's like double the size of the East Tower rooms. Just check the number of square meters before you book and you'll get a good idea. The towers are all connected so location is pretty equivalent.
