Reading very conflicting things online about the Spa / heat experience area (not just pool / poolside facility):
- is it accessible to all hotel guests free of charge or is that a fee per visit?
- What does it comprise?
- Confirming that this is the typical japanese onsen experience where it's nude only and male/female separate
