Travel Club will be better. Aviserv is quite small but they do have paid showers and some sleep pods. Aroud 3-4 am they do cleaning so they won't have any food out.
Adani lounge domestic airside will be best option. If you have unlimited access, go to Aviserv and head airside later. Alternatively , you could book few hours at the Niranta landside hotel
