Update: Just heard back from the refunds department (quick response!) and they said that do not have access to inflight purchases. They said to contact their "Credit Card Inquiries" office in order to resolve this. If anyone else needs the email for that office it is
[email protected]. I'll drop an email to that department and if that doesn't work just go back to the charge back option.
No word from the credit inquiry department so it looks like I'll just go the charge-back route---I guess I need to carefully cross-check each in-flight food purchase--those fruit and cheese plates are good, but not worth $22 each....lol.
