As I stated above, I'm not a fan but...

This morning at 0930, I drove from Westchester to the upper east side. The normal time to drive in at the tail end of the rush hour is 60 minutes, maybe 55 if I'm lucky.
Today the trip was 45 minutes. It felt more like a Sunday morning. This works for me since I didn't have to drive below 60th street. I have another trip on Thursday, and will report back. Maybe the Governor can change my mind. Oh wait, I'm driving to the convention center next week. That will cost me $9.00 a day x 5.
