Absolute nightmare! I have never experienced such a miserable imposition in 6 years of Hyatt Globalist. I have never written a review on the first evening but today is different.
I arrived here after an exhausting day of work and traveling, looking forward to a nice room and a good evening at the rooftop bar. But things turned out differently...
Long story short: I was given a smoking room in an absolutely wretched state. The dust was a centimeter thick on the minibar, the bed was full of dandruff on the headboard and was a worn-out disaster. Massive cobwebs inside the window in the bathroom. I am (have been) a regular guest here over the last year and booked months ago, yet the management was unable to offer me at least a halfway acceptable room. I arrived late and was given the proverbial shite.
The fact that there was no bathrobe in the room, that I was not offered a Globalist late check-out and that there was no Globalist welcome gift in the room and that I was only given one room card although I needed an extra one for the electricity should only be mentioned for the sake of completeness. The fact that the bar was closed for an event can happen, but was of course all the more annoying on top.
I am extremely dissatisfied and feel extremely uncomfortable here this time. I have to think about where I have recommended this hotel so far, because I urgently need to revise that so as not to be seen as an idiot. Nobody should do this to themselves.

Sorry to everybody that I recommended this. Avoid everything else but 18th and 19th floor at all costs!!!
