What's the provisioning for fresh food items in Y these days?

There were just three or four servings of a fresh-food item left (bagel bites) by the fourth row of Y on my flight this morning (738, Row 11). FA said that all three items (burrito, cinnamon rolls, bagels) were loaded but went incredibly fast in the first three rows.
