Oh yes, but on AA I am very special, from their second largest hub. Had a CK agent meet me at the lounge to walk me over to the gate and on board before they started boarding (just 3 hours ago). Two weeks ago she also found me in the lounge with 3 printed boarding passes for me to choose from during IRROPs.
UA just thinks their incumbency means they win, and they're wrong.
