It was Short Rib Palooza on my last Delta trip. My RUCs on a CLE-JFK-SEA and OAK-SLC-CLE itinerary entitled me to Short Rib braised in olive oil with gnocchi (JFK-SEA) and Short Rib with mushroom gravy, grits, string beans and two small whole onions on the SLC-CLE. In fairness to the Big D, the dinner tasted good in both directions. Also on the JFK-SEA (which was catered by DO&CO), they served a cake-looking desert which was actually chocolate mousse and was really good. Best food item I've seen on an airliner in a while.
