I did explain from the beginning. The front desk totally understand. They know Amex has Hilton benefits. I did do smaller amount, $50 each card. But I don’t know if the front desk doesn’t know how to process it or it’s the system. It seems like she has to run each card as adding it to pay the whole bill, then change the amount to $50. All of the 3 cards were authorized for the full stay.
so after 3 cards the system won’t let her process anymore cards. I don’t know if it will reset today or if there’s any time frame. That’s why I’m asking to see if anyone knows.
