You’re not alone. I had a rental at ANC in that promotional window that never posted. I submitted the request after the prescribed waiting period (8 weeks, I think) then again after another 8-12. I even tried the SkyMiles mailbox, but got a quick “not our problem” response. I did finally get a response to my initial August 18 request on January 17. It noted my request was forwarded to the Hertz liaison and to allow up to 8 weeks for processing. 😀

I made Diamond in the interim so the outcome became meaningless for me, but yeah frustrating. I had a small $ rental at LAS earlier in the year post seamlessly.
