This prompted me to check on my own claim and I can't see it listed. The address above does not work for me, but the partner claim page says this:
You have no partner claims currently being processed.
I do have an email confirmation of the claim submission, but does it need submitting again or is this just the cousin of the website being unable to show bookings...? Claim is a dirt-cheap MAD-AMS for 5 insignificant TPs and a handful of Avios, so not exactly a huge pot to chase up.
