When I started this thread it was about the clear decline of service standards that we have become used to with AFKL. No doubt they make the basic service in Economy so bad and run down, that they can argue that we are clamouring for improvements and therefore it is time to introduce BoB.
Western airlines have been making life worse for the last couple decades to force us to pay more for correct (not great) basic service. That's what capitalism and shareholders are all about.
Fast forward a few years, it'll be like Ryanair where printing out a boarding pass at the counter costs extra. Or how a basic J ticket no longer includes seat sele......oh wait, that part is already true
