Mine is fine; however, in the past (twice) the solution for me was not all of the above (which is what I also would have thought to do), but signing out on the app and signing back in. Why? No idea. iPhone user here, but even deleting and reinstalling, it remembered me of course, so I had to manually log out and in. Both times it worked.
