I wish they'd just take care of us properly, as do the airlines in Asia. Let's face it, you're a prisoner in a metal tube at very high altitude, so it's not as if you could just step off the bus and buy a bottle of water somewhere. The low cost airlines in Europe are going to be laughing all the way to the bank with the behaviour of the legacy carriers. At least the LCCs do the whole process properly (I even find the likes of Pegasus (PC) to be so much better than any of the airlines in Europe, LCC or legacy). Everything in Europe is in a service decline, there is nothing that constitutes an improvement. And don't forget, it was you, as the customer, who asked for it all. It's apparently all based on your plentiful feedback.

When I started this thread it was about the clear decline of service standards that we have become used to with AFKL. No doubt they make the basic service in Economy so bad and run down, that they can argue that we are clamouring for improvements and therefore it is time to introduce BoB.
