- Were you (or for multi-stayers were you generally) happy with the hotel/stay? Yes

- Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? We booked "Deluxe Room" and we got an "Executive Deluxe room" that is the same thing but different name.

- How are the rooms? Room is nice and proper but have that big glaswindow to the bathroom that is common in Asia. There is a drop down curtain for those that not want to look at they partner doing private things…

- What was good and what was bad?

Good: Pool area is small but nice, and there is a small poolbar and gym near. Breakfast is good for a Novotel hotel whith a lot of choises.


Bad: That shuttle they writing about at the web should go every 30 min is not working as said. You have to ask for the drive out to Sukhumvit road, and you have to call them for picup back. You need to have a Thai cellphone number to do that… You could not make an agreement to the driver to pick you up 60 minutes later. You have to call the hotel, unsure which number...

- Did you get club lounge access? How was the lounge?
Lounge is the best Novotel lounge I have used so far. Nice crew and good wine. Canapés in a lot of different tastes, probably something for everyone.

- What about welcome drinks, welcome amenities or any other special perks?
Personal welcome letter and fruits in room. Welcome drinks are softdrinks, Wine and Cocktails from a list.

- Value for $ or Vouchers? About 600 Bath
Would you return? Yes I will probably be back next time in Bangkok.
