Almost 500 euro for a city view, no bath (ie just shower) is steep. I think 350 all inc for a non view room would be more reasonable
I think the highlight of Regent Hong Kong is the harbor view followed by the lounge. 500 EUR for a city view in my opinion is not worth it even for the lounge, unless the rates for all the other hotels in Hong Kong have increased similarly. If you're still set on Regent Hong Kong, I would at least use a Confirmable Suite Upgrade so you can be assigned to a Super King Studio Suite with a potential upgrade to a harbor view room as an IHG Diamond member.
