No idea why someone would use the SK lounge in ORD T5 if they can enter the Delta Skyclub there which is pretty neat, has much better food and booze, better views and is much more spacious and has bathrooms inside the lounge!
If they have a pure domestic itinerary, the Delta lounge is not going to welcome them unless they have the right amex card where they are not out of visits or a Skyclub membership. Now they can get lounge access from being Delta STE+ only. Should do wonders for crowding in the SK lounge....
