At other Ritz-Carltons in Japan (Fukuoka and Okinawa), as a Bonvoy Platinum hotel guest, I've had to pay a fee to access the spa facilities (hot bath, sauna, and indoor pool), usually around 3,000 yen per person, but the rate may be a little higher now.
