If I were traveling with my wife and these three were the only open seats I would slightly disagree with the others and select 10A and 10D. IMO you can't really have a conversation in the even numbered middle seats, you are facing the wrong way and too far apart. While you can't see one another in 10A and 10D, if Ms.9A needs something it is easy for me to get it for her and whenever one of us gets up we have a little chat.
Just did 10 D/F with Mrs on SFO-SIN, and we agreed we will go for 10A/D or 10 F/L next time when we cannot get odd number center D/F seats on the 789. ( I do note this does not work for 772 second cabin and may be others. We will observe the alignments in 773 and 788 next time we fly them).
It was easier to have conversations with our neighbors in 10A and 10L than to each other in D/F.
