Hi .... transiting Dubai in F, and eligible for Dubai connect (13.5hr layover). Do I collect and recheck bags? can easily bring change of clothes in carryon, so would rather NOT....
No, this is seen as a stopover, not a layover and your luggage will be labelled to your final destination. Dubai Connect has no bearing on this.
