It's not
the official AF website (well it is the [seemingly mothballed] official AF website of Russia), but one of many AF websites.
The problem you're facing is looking for information you want to exist, that actually doesn't (any longer) exist as you want, but unfortunately you've stumbled across an outdated official page with the information you're looking for, but which is no longer valid. Thanks to AF's 24 hour cancellation policy which I assume you've made use of, you are free to make a new booking (or not) with the knowledge you've gained here.
I was actually surprised that the first Google result was to the AF Russia website, but it sort of makes sense that they've not updated that site recently so that pops up as the first result given it's been removed from all their active sites - but they could have done more, say adding a notice "this page hasn't been updated since...". So whilst you could have double checked, it is somewhat poor that AF keeps outdated information available.
