Actually IIRC (and I may be wrong here), during the First plan year every plat pro (125k) got 1 SWU but since then the SWU level is higher than 125k.

The other change is that status and SWU milestones was decoupled with the new program. But that hasn't changed in years and the tracker is very clear about it.
