Although the hotel provides no shuttle service, it is quite walkable. From the arrivals terminal, it is a much longer walk to the property, about 10-15 mins. The best would be to follow the walkway and than across the parking lot of the departure building (which is a separate building to arrivals). Do note that the sidewalks are not always well paved - it's mostly not well maintained, so pulling your luggage can be an issue if it's bulky/heavy. From the hotel back to the airport departure building, this is much closer and it's about a 5-10 mins walk depending on the amount and type of luggage you have.
I am pleased to report that the car park between the departures terminal and the hotel is now in the final stages of being properly surfaced, so there are now smooth rolling conditions for your luggage in a direct route via a dedicated walkway.
It is no more than 2-3 minutes walk between the hotel and departures.
Also, there was no issue with water drainage in the shower in the two different rooms I stayed in.
