If you're Easypass enrolled a couple of seconds. - For manned booths: it depends.
EDIT: sorry, got tricked, by the EU in AEUW. - It's actually the clean Non-Schengen bus arrival. So no passport check in Frankfurt.
There's an additional documents check directly at the Condor gate where you'd get your doccheck sticker/stamp. - The last time it was a little bit chaotic (just a table somewhere in a corner, no clear signs)

The gate should be able to print you the boarding pass (passport control usually doesn't require a boarding pass).
