A great pub, but they have a weird system of ordering food (in the bar area). You buy a drink at the bar, and that's fine. But then you need to queue up at a "hatch" to order the food. I'd noticed a queue when I entered, but hadn't realised what it was. The queue was out of the door, and they seemed to be taking forever to process each order. So, after 5 minutes of not moving, I went back to my pint.

A couple of women sat at the table next to me, and one went to order the food. She was gone 35 minutes! By the time I left they still hadn't got their food (I stayed a couple of hours).
Doesn't sound great. That's one thing which the chains (Youngs, Greene King, Ember, even, horror, Spoons) have done well - app ordering. Especially useful when you're on your own, as many will be in an airport setting.
