I'm in the same boat with an award F flight out of ORD. It'll be interesting to see what happens but given that my flight isn't until July, I'll probably wait a month or two to see what happens with the other ORD flight and with lounge access.
I also have one in July, but I'm not the least bit worried about the lounge (of course they will make some sort of arrangement!) or changing to the flight they haven't even opened for sale yet. If they do end up using 787s, I might try to change to another route that offers F, though. I don't expect that process will be especially difficult (AFTER I'm already downgraded).
