Just spent a week here and would not return. The rooms are in dire need of a full rehab. Service was mixed to poor. Butler service is a joke. Food was decent. Housekeeping came in several times with the DnD on and offered no apologies. If we went back we would stay at the FS.
Not sure if its because i reached out to them before we landed and expressed my concerns for our room but we got OTW lagoon view from costco.com and honestly got some of the best service ive ever gotten, ever request was filled with urgency, got twice a day room cleaning second one being turn down service. yes the room is dated in style but at least our was still in great shape, nothing needing to be repaired etc. Butler service was great, she would personally show up and do stuff for us like got me a prescription cream when i burned my back. Breakfast was a bit boring but still tasty and dinner was amazing every night, only okayish one was the asian themed one. I guess YMMW?! Prob only resort I've visited that i'd actually want to come back to, only downside is both airports you come into have no AC
