I experienced this yesterday while applying a SUA to a PH reservation. Luckily my luxury agent seemed to have been briefed on the details of my request so she just repeated it and executed it. I agree, however, that I would prefer to have a direct number to call the "luxury line" rather than potentially holding twice as long.
