Correct. Was just a joke. Though I actually had a spectacular stay at the Raffles in Warsaw two summers ago. I'd argue it's one of the best hotels for value out there (our room was under $250/night). I agree with everything SocialAdept said ^, but the service we had was genuinely terrific. Outside of that there are some really lovely properties, but nothing that would necessarily constitute "true" luxury by this forum's standards.
