That isn't working on my RTW booking.
I get these options under Show more: Email trip / Send to calendar / Print trip. No mention of "and receipt". I wonder whether there is something special about an RTW booking or an ex-OSL booking that causes this? "Print trip" does NOT print any receipt information - neither ticket numbers nor fare breakdown. Just the same stuff we see on the screens (and with the same hyphens where the booking does have data eg seat numbers, terminals etc) , plus a bonus blank page at the end :-)
I've been trying to work out how to see what surcharges were built into the ticket price but there seems no way to get that out of the AA website other than briefly at point of purchase.
