I suspect the problem here is that you'll be passing through DOH 3 times, so their ticketing system may not see this as a regular multicity because you are doubling back on yourself. There may (or may not...) also be an issue with KWI and OTP being in different fare regions as well for open jaw.
If you call they might be able to ticket it, but possibly as 3 single fares combined.
