I have been informed my one of the BA web chat agent. You can actually can it using PayPal via their call centre.

Me personally, I don't believe that will work, as PayPal requires you to login while completing the transaction, and I will not tell them my PayPal password.
Unless, they have some work around that I have not heard of.
