The odd A/even A or odd L/even L combos are good for daytime or overnight. Sure, the even A and L seats are somewhat an aisle seat but for privacy sake (and talking) there’s no one between you.
I was thinking for sleeping overnight a touch more privacy could be better, even at the cost of increased distance and someone between. Or is the difference marginal enough that might as well go for the odd-even pair (as we'd pick for daytime)?
