Not "au Forêt Noir", because it doesn't contain any Black Forest.

It's a description for things containing cherry brandy, cherries and cream, just like "Normand" means "with a cream sauce" or "lorrain" means "with smoked lard/bacon".
If you insist on German, it's "Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte" or Black Forest Cherry Cake".
