How would the OP even GET to the int'l MLL?? They exit into the non-secure area after Customs and would have to go through Int'l security to get to the Int'l MLL which would surely turn them back with a TB boarding pass.

The transborder lounge is not amazing, however is a decent step up.
Please explain how one would get to the DOM MLL with a TB boarding pass?
