Not sure why you chose to be rude. If I credited a full fare Y or B/M ticket to EY, I would earn 100% (or 75%) miles on EY as per distance flown. With the measly 'V" fare class on AF I only earn 20% on EY.
Those additional EY miles would have been enough for more than one award one-way AA sector on the US east coast. One of the best domestic redemptions in the US. I am completely aware that you earn as per $ spending with FB, but why on earth would I credit to this waste of a program?
Simple matter of fact is that AF is spreading misinformation on their own website and that should be fixed. Doesn't matter if it's the Russian AF website or Chinese AF website - that is the first page that pops up when you search "Air France Fare classes." It is an official AF page and it should be fixed. No way on earth would I have paid more than 2x the amount for an Economy Flex fare to still be booked under the 'V" fare class.... Lol
Gonna call and get this ticket canceled.
