Yes but there are still some value to be found on off peak dates and or less popular destinations.

I recently did 3 nights at the Kimpton Charlotte Square in Edinburgh at 33,000 a night over Christmas (24th-27th December) vs a cash rate of £216/$270 - 0.8c per points.

This was originally over 40,000 a night but I cancelled and rebooked at the rate drop - I assume due to low occupancy.

I have also just booked 2 nights at Intercontinental: Shenzhen Dameisha at 27,500 a night in April vs a cash rate of £175 $/220 - 0.8c per points
